THE ACADEMY
At Brainstorm Academy, clients begin their journey toward becoming gainfully employed artists. Through a three-year curriculum, clients develop both Technical Skills in digital arts and animation and essential Soft Skills for the workplace.
Together, these skills build the confidence, abilities, and workplace readiness needed to pursue employment opportunities within the animation and visual arts industries—including the opportunity to continue their journey at Brainstorm Productions Studio.
THE STUDIO
Brainstorm Productions Studio is the next step in the journey from training to employment. Graduates of Brainstorm Academy are eligible for hire at our industry-standard animation studio, where they gain valuable work experience while continuing to strengthen their Technical and Soft Skills.
Through Studio Work Hours and ongoing Studio Training, employees contribute to individual and collaborative creative projects, develop industry-relevant skills, and explore career pathways in freelance work, microenterprise, and the animation and visual arts industries.
